The Space

The 55 sqm double-volume studio is filled with natural light, providing an ideal space for your event. The space offers a comfortable environment, equipped with modern facilities including a kitchen, air-conditioning, free wifi and on-site toilet facilities.

Payment

The first step is to submit an enquiry via the links on this page. We will review your event and send you a confirmation email to complete the booking. Full payment for the event must be made at the time of booking to secure the date.

Bond

A $100 bond needs to be paid together with the hiring fee. The bond acts as a security against potential damages and will be refunded within 15 business days after the event, provided the studio is left in its original condition and there are no outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 1-week cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable. If your plans have changed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Insurance

We hold public liability insurance cover for up to ten million dollars ($10 000 000) covering injury or property damage claims arising from accidents during your event. However, this does not cover personal property or event-specific risks. Hirers are encouraged to have their own insurance for such circumstances.

Capacity

The studio space measures approximately 55 sqm, making it ideal for intimate small to medium-sized gatherings. The space is fitted with tables and chairs, comfortably accommodating 10 people excluding hosts/instructors.

Availability

The studio is generally available for hire on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays and everyday during school holidays. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the studio is available for your event. Booking times must include set-up and breakdown times. There may be back-to-back bookings, and the space should be ready for the next hirer at the end of your booked timeslot.

Facilities

The studio offers a range of facilities to ensure your event runs smoothly. Enjoy the convenience of an equipped kitchen, toilet facilities and air conditioning/ heating. There are also amazing coffee shops and restaurants in the Main Street for refreshments. The venue and toilet facilties are also wheelchair accessible.

Our studio is conveniently located at Shop 5, 184 Main Street, Montville, situated behind the Salvation Army. Ample parking is available at the nearby Russel Park parking area, providing easy access for all attendees.
